Need to change your order or stop it before delivery? Contact the studio promptly with your order number. Your proposal confirms the design, measurements, price, timing and applicable terms before you approve payment.

Changing your details

Tell us what you would like to change. The studio checks what is still possible and confirms any revised price or timing for your approval. A change request is not confirmed until we agree it with you.

Before making starts

You may cancel free of charge. We cancel any pending payment, or refund money already collected to the original payment method. If your custom proposal remains unconfirmed 7 days after checkout, we cancel the request without a fee. Your bank determines when pending entries clear or refunds appear.

During making, before dispatch

For eligible personalized pieces, a deduction of 0%–50% may apply to a change-of-mind cancellation, only where the agreed specification and applicable law allow it. It reflects documented, unrecoverable production costs after reasonable steps to reduce the loss. 50% is a maximum, not a fixed charge.

The limit is based only on the cancelled item’s discounted price plus approved customization charges. Shipping, taxes and other items are excluded. We explain the cost breakdown before processing a refund. Any remaining payment is returned to the original payment method; we do not make an additional card charge.

After dispatch

Dispatch means the carrier has received the parcel, not that a shipping label has been created. Contact us promptly; interception is not guaranteed. Refusing delivery does not by itself establish a right to a refund. Return eligibility is explained separately below.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including remedies for faults, departures from agreed specifications, a failure by the studio to fulfill the order or a legally protected cancellation for delayed shipment.
