We keep that piece and its handwork stitch technique, changing the artwork and placement. The studio confirms feasibility and price, then prepares one first design and one revision within the same brief.

Yes, on every style. Body and sleeve length adjustments are free up to this style’s corresponding XL measurements + 2 cm. Wraps use their standard length as the free limit. Longer lengths and width changes are quoted. Use A4 markers or tape photos of a similar garment; if you have none, choose No similar garment and share a full-body photo plus your usual brands, sizes and fit concerns. Height and weight are required in either case.

The visual preview helps agree the artwork and placement. Fit is assessed using finished garment measurements, your reference garment and the dimensions you approve with the studio.

Your proposal confirms the applicable terms. Eligible personalized pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind after dispatch. Eligible standard items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Quality faults and departures from agreed specifications remain covered.

Describe shoulder, chest or arm-width concerns in your request. These require a separate feasibility and price review; we may suggest a different base size or style.
